FRAME SHOP WOODWORKER - PART TIME
The Frameshop Woodworker works with internal teams to produce high quality custom frames and display units for fine art. This role is responsible for applying Artech’s high standards to every project and maintaining quality control of Artech’s product.
ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER
The Associate Project Manager is an integral part of a fast pasted, high volume logistics team in the fine arts industry. This is a client facing position that provides excellent customer service through impeccable communication, accurate representation of client needs, and prompt execution of commercial processes. This role partners with project managers and other internal resources to support project administration and work order processing. It is an entry level position with opportunity to pursue greater responsibility in fine art logistics and project management.
Artech is seeking an experienced mountmaker to work in our expanding Mounts and Fabrication department. Candidates for this position should possess previous experience designing and fabricating mounts for artifacts, sculpture and other objects. The responsibilities and duties of the position may be able to scale to meet the experience level of the person hired for the position. This position may be full or part time.
Art Handlers are responsible for applying knowledge of the principles of art care and the value of art, high quality control and a strong work ethic in safely transporting and installing artworks. This position partners with other Artech professionals in providing excellent customer service to our clients and exceeding client expectations.
CDL TRUCK DRIVER, FINE ART TRANSPORT
Artech, Inc. has an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers for our regional shuttle. This is a week-long run that moves art freight from Seattle to Los Angeles and everywhere in between. Candidates must have over-the-road experience and an intimate knowledge of DOT hours of service regulations. We currently use dedicated class C box trucks for this work, but we would prefer to hire a driver that possesses at least a class B CDL or has operated class B or class A vehicles in the past. Satisfactory results on drugs tests and background checks are mandatory. Completion of a comprehensive art handling training program will be required.
